1. What this tool is

EU Authorized Representative Finder (https://eu-rep.sellerguardrails.com) is a free informational tool. It helps non-EU sellers form an initial view of whether their products require an EU Authorized Representative under GPSR (Regulation (EU) 2023/988), MDR/IVDR (Regulation (EU) 2017/745), Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 or RoHS (Directive 2011/65/EU), and lists EEA-established service providers.

Access is free. There is no account, no subscription, and no payment. You do not need to register or provide credentials.

2. Not legal advice

The determinations, cost estimates and provider listings are indicative information based on official sources and a versioned dataset. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create a professional relationship. Rules change; the tool may not reflect the latest amendments.
